Uxbridge, Ontario - Tax Reminder Notice

The first installment of your Uxbridge property taxes are due by Monday February 28th, 2011.

Failure to pay them on time will result in an immediate penalty of 1.25%. un fortunately there are no exceptions and failure to recieve a tax notice does not excuse you the taxpayer from the responsibility of ensuring your taxes are paid on time.

You can ensure You only pay your fair share by understanding how your property is assessed and ensuring that your assessment is fair and equitable. You have untilMarch 31st 2011 to file a request for reconsideration if you feel your assessment is not correct. Forms are available on the MPAC web site at www.mpac.ca

Hi Kathy - Property tax due dates are all over the map.  Toronto's first installment is due on March 1 while Markham's first installment was due in mid February.

Marc - indeed they are but generally the first installment is due somewhere from mid February to early March throughout Ontario ..... first installment for Uxbridge was due today
